This Saturday, Code2College welcomed over 100 new (and roughly thirty returning) volunteers to our Third Annual Fall Volunteer Training.
Instructors participated in a variety of instructional quality exercises, practiced lesson delivery and shared feedback with each other.
Both our Instructors and Mentors had the opportunity to conduct mock interviews and delve into student engagement and relationship-building strategies.
All volunteers left energized and prepared to start working with our students towards excellence in STEM!
