2024 Corporate Engagement Report
2024 in Review
Code2College is thrilled to share the 2024 Corporate Engagement Report, highlighting the incredible contributions of our corporate partners and volunteers who have helped shape the future of STEM talent.
This was the year of AI at Code2College, with the launch of our first AI curriculum and two dynamic AI Demo Days that showcased our students’ creativity and technical expertise. We also saw record-breaking achievements, including a 96% college matriculation rate and our highest-ever 92% return offer rate for high school interns—milestones that reflect the growing recognition of our students’ talent in industries like cybersecurity and private equity.
These successes would not be possible without the unwavering support of our corporate champions. Companies like Indeed, Silicon Labs, and H-E-B set the standard by extending full-time offers to their first hires who began as Code2College high school interns, proving the value of investing in ultra-early career talent.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to equipping the next generation of leaders. Your partnership is driving meaningful change—thank you for being part of this journey.
