Code2College is thrilled to share the 2025 Corporate Engagement Report, highlighting the incredible contributions of our corporate partners and volunteers who have helped shape the future of STEM talent.
This year Code2College continued embracing AI with our curriculum and AI Demo Days that showcased our students’ creativity and technical expertise. We also saw record-breaking achievements, including a 96% college matriculation rate and 92% return offer rate for high school interns—milestones that reflect the growing recognition of our students’ talent in industries like cybersecurity and private equity.

Visionary Partner Spotlight
In the summer of 2025, our corporate partners played a pivotal role in fueling our mission to launch driven talent into high-impact careers. Together, we placed 131 Code2College interns across 28 partner organizations, offering invaluable real-world experience and mentorship. This summer also marked a milestone as we placed our interns in computer engineering, cybersecurity, private equity firms and more, expanding opportunities into new industries and demonstrating the power of partnership in shaping the future workforce.
Volunteer Vitals
In 2025, our volunteers went above and beyond to power our students’ success. With 6,100+ volunteer hours contributed from over 120 companies, students gained invaluable exposure through events like AI Demo Day, resume-building workshops, STEM Case Competitions, and more. In addition, 77 dedicated mentors participated in our Vision 2024 Initiative in 2025 alone, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to the next generation of leaders.

Cirrus Logic has been a Code2College volunteer since 2017. In 2025, they set the record for the most volunteer hours logged, at 529.
