This November, LiveOak Venture Partners, an Austin-based venture capital firm which invests in Tech companies in Texas launched their inaugural #LiveOakGives fundraising campaign. Through this campaign, LiveOak Venture Partners and several LiveOak VP portfolio company entrepreneurs contributed to a pool of $100,000 in funds that would be distributed to six high-impact local nonprofits based on their respective raises during the campaign.
Through the generous contributions of several individual donors and other community partners, Code2College managed to raise over $55,000. Code2College also received an additional $40,000 through the LiveOak Gives campaign as a result of this significant fundraising result.
These critical funds will help Code2College as it continues to scale its impact throughout the Austin region and beyond, and we’re so grateful to our funders, supporters and the entire LiveOak Venture Partners team and family of companies!
