We’re proud to announce the inaugural Code2College IDEA Awards which will take place on Saturday, June 13th!
Each year, we recognize the community leaders and corporate partners who make our program possible. From a variety of volunteer activities including mentorship, after-school coding instruction and interview prep to hosting professional development activities and hiring Code2College interns, we’re proud to work in and with the Central Texas community. This year, we’ve launched a singular event to honor these community champions: the IDEA Awards event.
Over the past several months, our students have written short essays nominating volunteers and corporate partners for several award categories. Each Thursday, we’ll share more nominations leading up to Saturday, June 13th.
We’re proud to deliver this event to you safely and virtually as you don your virtual chic attire and hear directly from our students from the comfort of you homes.
Employees of those partner organizations noted on the homepage gain complimentary event access. We also offer individual ticket purchases on the ‘Attend’ page.
