2024 in Review
Since launching in 2016, Code2College has been building a pathway from high school to full-time STEM careers. Today, more alumni are entering the workforce as full-time professionals, not just using technology, but helping shape it.
In 2024, we launched our first AI Curriculum, giving students hands-on experience with emerging tech while reinforcing our 4 E’s: Education, Exposure, Experience, and Exhibition. Through the AI Developer Fellows Program, students built original projects and presented them to industry leaders at Demo Days.
Our internship program hit a record 92% return offer rate, expanding into fields like cybersecurity and private equity and the Class of 2024 continued to break barriers, with 96% pursuing higher education, over 80% choosing STEM majors, and acceptances to top universities like MIT, Stanford, and Duke.
From classrooms to careers, our students are transforming what’s possible.
Dagem Lambert joined Code2College in Fall 2023 and excelled in several Code2College courses like Full-Stack Development, Game Development, and AI while actively participating in events like Hacktogether and resume workshops.
He completed paid summer internships at Arrive Logistics and YETI, gaining valuable real-world experience. At his first Code2College AI Demo Day at Google, his team’s project, PlatePal—an AI-powered cooking assistant addressing food waste—took 1st place.
Dagem recently spoke at the 2025 AI Show during the ASU + GSV Summit and is now pursuing Computer Science at UT Austin.
