Code2College is seeking it’s first ever Associate Director of Programming (ADP) to execute on and support the vision and strategy of our programming by managing core programs across multiple schools, and
providing strong instructional feedback to our program staff. In this role, you will join the founding team to accelerate our impact in communities nationwide, and as a founding team member, you will have tremendous growth potential with the organization. Founding Associate Director of Programming Role Description

Associate Director of Talent Recruitment Role Description

Code2College is seeking a Manager, Alumni College & Career Success to engage, support and bolster
our growing program alumni network. Starting in Fall 2020, Code2College will have a network of 100+
college-going alumni and this number will continue to grow exponentially. The Manager, Alumni College &
Career Success will remain in touch with our college-going alumni, track their progress and offer
academic support. This includes arranging meetings to fit the needs of alumni and their families. The
ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge of workforce development and the college
admissions and financial aid processes as well as the skills necessary to help students be successful in
college. Chief among these skills are entrepreneurial, detail oriented, systems-driven, organized,
relentlessness, creative problem solver, and consistent with follow-through. The ideal candidate will also
possess research, networking, and communication skills to connect students to on-campus champions
and resources. In order to meet the ambitious goals, an ideal candidate must also plan carefully in order
to ensure strategic use of time and resources.

Manager, Alumni College & Career Success Role Description

Code2College is seeking emergent leaders to join our small and growing team. This is a remote position
that offers a unique opportunity for you to spend your first 90 days working on a myriad of impactful
projects, receiving a high volume of feedback and ongoing professional development that prepares you for
the opportunity to be promoted into a Program Manager role. You will gain hands-on experience and
exposure in all aspects of a growing non-profit, and have access to a team that is deeply invested in your
growth and development. This position is ideal for you if you are early on in your career or wanting to
break into the non-profit space, excited to learn the ins and outs of a growing education non-profit, and
eager to explore and build your professional skill set.
