Code2College is seeking a Manager, Alumni College & Career Success to engage, support and bolster
our growing program alumni network. Starting in Fall 2020, Code2College will have a network of 100+
college-going alumni and this number will continue to grow exponentially. The Manager, Alumni College &
Career Success will remain in touch with our college-going alumni, track their progress and offer
academic support. This includes arranging meetings to fit the needs of alumni and their families. The
ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge of workforce development and the college
admissions and financial aid processes as well as the skills necessary to help students be successful in
college. Chief among these skills are entrepreneurial, detail oriented, systems-driven, organized,
relentlessness, creative problem solver, and consistent with follow-through. The ideal candidate will also
possess research, networking, and communication skills to connect students to on-campus champions
and resources. In order to meet the ambitious goals, an ideal candidate must also plan carefully in order
to ensure strategic use of time and resources.
Code2College is seeking emergent leaders to join our small and growing team. This is a remote position
that offers a unique opportunity for you to spend your first 90 days working on a myriad of impactful
